NEW YEAR CHAMBER MUSIC MINICOURSE

3 – 5 January 2026 · Turin

The Ensemble Xenia Association, in collaboration with the Sound Laboratory – Arsenale della Pace – SERMIG, organises a New Year Chamber Music Minicourse in Turin from 3 to 5 January 2026.

We believe it’s a wonderful way to start the new year — three days of intensive chamber music for strings, shared with many young musicians in a spirit of collaboration and joy.

Programme

Three days of study mainly in string quartets:

– starting on the morning of 3 January (full day)

– continuing throughout 4 and 5 January

– concluding with a final recital on the afternoon of 5 January, open to friends and families.

Lesson times: 9:30–13:00 / 14:30–18:00

Participation Fees

Standard fee: €180

Reduced fee for members of pre-formed quartets: €150

Lunches are at participants’ own expense; the SERMIG canteen will be available.

The music parts will be sent in advance so that participants can arrive well prepared and immediately dive into ensemble work.
