NEW YEAR MINICOURSE – JANUARY 2024
In January 2024 Xenia will hold a NEW YEAR MINICOURSE!
The minicourse is open to young string players and will take place from 3 to 5 January in Turin, hosted by Laboratorio del Suono – SERMIG- Piazza Borgo Dora 61.
The programme for the minicourse is three days of lessons in small chamber ensemble- quartet to octet- and orchestra, from the morning of 3 January to the afternoon of 5 January 2024. A final student concert, open to family and friends.
At the ned of the Minicourse all students will receive a certificate.
- Teachers: Eilis Cranitch, Daniel Roberts, Elizabeth Wilson, Manuel Zigante.
- Fee: 180€, comprehensive of 3 days of tuition, loan and heating of classrooms. Meals are not included in the fee. A fixed price, three-course lunch menu option for students will be provided near the minicourse venue.
- Daily schedule: 10.00 -13.00/14.30-18.00.
String players are welcome to enroll individually or as pre-formed ensembles (trio, quartet, quintet). Students applying individually will be combined in groups and music will be sent out before the start of the minicourse, in order to have time to prepare.
